Hydralyte Apple Blackcurrant Electrolyte Ice Blocks help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and other dehyrating conditions.

When to start taking Hydralyte.

Hydralyte may be taken on the first signs of fluid loss due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Hydralyte may also be taken to help manage dehydration caused by heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, excessive heat or fluid loss due to illness.

Signs of mild dehydration.

Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine, lethargy.

Directions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer. 2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors. 3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end. 4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.
