During your consultation with your doctor, you can request to have a link to your prescriptions sent to you via SMS or an email. This link contains a QR code that contains your prescription.
You can then take it to our pharmacy or Email/SMS the link to us to have it filled ahead of time. This can then be made ready for you or your carer/family member to collect. If you need your prescription delivered, please call us to arrange for a delivery.

If you have repeats, a new SMS or email will be sent to you once the pharmacy has filled your prescription. You may keep your repeats at the pharmacy for easier and faster future refills. Please let us know if you would prefer this option.
